Christer Strömholm
Christer Strömholm (1918 – 2002) is one of the most important and most internationally famous Swedish photographers from modernism's 20th century photography. His iconic world of images is widespread and has made Strömholm known far beyond Sweden's borders. During his stay in Paris in the 1950s and 60s, he produced his famous portraits of transsexuals at Place Blanche.
