Ewa-Marie Rundquist (1958) is one of Sweden’s most experienced fashion, lifestyle and advertising photographers, with a very personal visual expression that is clearly recognisable with intense feelings and a hot temper. Known for her direct, but at the same time elegant, delicate tone in which she approaches the subject with great respect.
Rundquist’s photographs female models in a strong, naked, almost provocative manner bordering on the erotic, but she can also portray ordinary people in a very low-key sensitive and touching, but no less powerful, manner. Rundquist was born in Vindeln, a small town in the north of Sweden.
