Stina Brockman (1951) has worked continuously with her art photography since the 1970s. She has created a personal world of expression and precision, and her subject has mainly been centred around the human body and psychological portrait studies. Brockman's deep knowledge about the photographic processes and techniques is a profound platform for her work, and the large format camera has been her tool and companion for decades. Brockman is represented at several museum institutions and her work is constantly exhibited in books and exhibitions in venues such as Moderna Museet, Stockholm, Artipelag in Stockholm and Hasselblad Foundation in Gothenburg, among many others.
